Revised Souls (no BB) boss tier list (mini-bosses included) after refighting SOTE' bosses and playing DeS for the first time. No ranking inside tiers. Notes: I didn't include boss repeats (direct and with halved movesets), mobs with hb bars, NPC fights (F tier automatically).

@Yesyu2222 Yeah second phase has questionable projectile spam that doesn't work well with LoP's tight dodge. Wetnurse is just great concept being completely wasted.
