The last 12 months has seen tremendous steps forward in assembly by collaborating with the broader community. Great talks at PAG on @nanopore only assembly
Advancements in T2T genomes were also highlighted by Sergey Koren at PAG, noting significant progress in @nanopore sequencing quality as a standalone-platform for high-quality assemblies, without need for PacBio HiFi data. Can't wait to see even further exciting updates in 2025🌱
