The data is correct, but just to look at some of the reasons why.
Most likely more players from NA & Brazil, playing EU than EU playing NA & Brazil. The timezone would be more beneficial. As it is all "daytime", while for most NA and Brazil will be night/early morning.

CS:GO - sub top Tournament with 100k in prize pool. Full broad cast from top hosts. Aires on national tv stations and international.
Fortnite: Top EU players, 250k prize pool. Not anything officiel at all.
Fortnite is still miles behind other esports.
