Today marks 1 month of my weight loss journey. (248.4 lbs ➡️ 238.6 lbs). I've got to enjoy the foods I love like pizza, brownies, cake, etc. but decreasing how frequently I eat them, reducing my portion sizes & working out has been the key!

I just wanted to say that when I was at Dreamhack the person sitting next to me was at 60hz. I helped him and changed it to 240z. As I went down the rows, I realized SO MANY people were playing on 60hz. I hope you guys aren't all playing on 60hz at home. .
