Only west coasters make appointments to meet-up and flake at the last minute. Never people from the east.

It make no sense. I got 2 BS + 1 MS for around $15K. Now 1 BS = $60K. Rigged system so Karens in the bursar office can continue to make $70k / yr to open the mail. Meanwhile youth gets screwed!

You can find a 1 hour+ lecture he gave in 1985 on YouTube as well. It's crazy, how in that lecture he said, "Instead of teaching them something that is pragmatic, efficient, constructive...teach them about sexuality".

I tell them that my insurance bars me from writing them. If they insist, the underwriter can send me a letter that the loan won't be dependent on the CPA letter, and they won't hold the CPA accountable if anything goes wrong. Funny, they don't need a letter after that.

If underwriter insists, I tell them I can under the presence that in the letters it say that the underwriter guarantees not to use it for due diligence, and absolves the CPA from being named in any future lawsuit by the investor.
They never ask me again.
