ASBehaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014 Sec 35 (7) states “If… the person to whom the direction is given is under 16, the constable may remove the person to a place where the person lives or a place of safety.” Clearly GMP did not do this for our children #AntiGypsyism

Under Article 31 of UN Convention on Rights of the Child all children have the right to rest, leisure, play, recreational activities, to participate freely in cultural life & the arts. Is this too much to ask for Romany Gypsy and Irish Traveller children & young people?
