@GlomarResponder I remember reading about it once, it started as a post 9-11 thing, as the feds gave some of the cases to the Manhattan DA for various reasons.

Follow @2Aupdates or @MorosKostas and you'll see for every judge that oks restoration of rights, there's a court that rules silencers and magazines aren't firearms parts or twists one 1902 law to be "historical"
