There are millions of pen pushers doing very little in offices accros the country almost as many managers as normal staff.
All on crazy money for doing very little which then leaves nothing for the real hands on staff

One big point you miss I feel is from deciding to discharge a patient to the many hours later when it happens where they sit around hours and hours filling a bed that’s needed.
Plus the terrible waste in very bad management where they almost outweigh the medical staff
