@geniusparadox The habit has to start from the young age. Telling our kids to throw the wrapper in the dustbin. If there is no bin found, get it home and dispose in the dry waste bin. And we adults should lead by example! Like corruption, such 'care not' attitude has got ingrained in our DNA.
