A new paper from our lab - just published at SLEEP. Great work by @SimonnLisa who used wearable sensors to follow natural changes in sleep physiology and behavior over time in a cohort of combat soldiers
Findings of this study underscore the critical role of #sleep physiology, specifically elevated sleep heart-rate following stressful #military training, in indicating subsequent #PTSD risk following operational service among combat soldiers.
