My Focus for 2025 1ļøā£Forge connections between talent and fitting opportunities. Whether itās the best in crypto or untapped talent from Web2 ready to transition, the focus is on identifying exceptional talent and connecting them with aligned opportunities. This space thrives when exceptional talent meets the right challenges. 2ļøā£Unlock the power of peer-to-peer upskilling. Thereās so much untapped potential in connecting people to learn from and sharpen each other. You are each otherās best education and resource. Itās the best hack there is. My goal is to be the medium that helps you connect; iron sharpens iron. Iām brainstorming something around this and may dive in once I grow my network and get more familiar with Crypto Twitter. 3ļøā£Raise the bar on hiring. We all need to improve: hiring better; balancing speed with quality; retaining talent in ways that foster mutual growth between individuals and companies. True progress happens when companies, hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates all take accountability for building a stronger, more effective hiring ecosystem. Iām not here to pick sides, Iām here to help create real progress in the ever-revolving door of hiring. 4ļøā£Immerse myself deeper in crypto technologies and communities. Go beyond just skimming the surface of whatās happening in the space. As a recruiter, Iāve missed so much over the last 3.5 years in crypto hiring, and that doesnāt do justice to the depth and innovation of this industry. No, I donāt want to go full degen, but Iām aiming to find the middle ground. Itās about diving a layer deeper into the technologies while also actively participating in Crypto Twitter and the conversations that matter. @SynthLuvr curious wym by overly complex, like too many variables? tech not there yet etc but non-problem? companies spend so much on hiring, wouldnāt something like this be a game changer for both companies and candidates?
