My Focus for 2025 1ļøāƒ£Forge connections between talent and fitting opportunities. Whether itā€™s the best in crypto or untapped talent from Web2 ready to transition, the focus is on identifying exceptional talent and connecting them with aligned opportunities. This space thrives when exceptional talent meets the right challenges. 2ļøāƒ£Unlock the power of peer-to-peer upskilling. Thereā€™s so much untapped potential in connecting people to learn from and sharpen each other. You are each otherā€™s best education and resource. Itā€™s the best hack there is. My goal is to be the medium that helps you connect; iron sharpens iron. Iā€™m brainstorming something around this and may dive in once I grow my network and get more familiar with Crypto Twitter. 3ļøāƒ£Raise the bar on hiring. We all need to improve: hiring better; balancing speed with quality; retaining talent in ways that foster mutual growth between individuals and companies. As a recruiter, Iā€™ve missed so much over the last 3.5 years in crypto hiring, and that doesnā€™t do justice to the depth and innovation of this industry. No, I donā€™t want to go full degen, but Iā€™m aiming to find the middle ground. Itā€™s about diving a layer deeper into the technologies while also actively participating in Crypto Twitter and the conversations that matter. @SynthLuvr curious wym by overly complex, like too many variables? tech not there yet etc but non-problem? companies spend so much on hiring, wouldnā€™t something like this be a game changer for both companies and candidates?
