@hagertynw During my 2nd year of grad school I lost my grandfather then aunt within a week of each other. I’m sure there were ppl in my department that thought I was making it up but it was truly a difficult time for me and my family.

@_thehalparker I'm curious to know how much time does the pipeline from Jefferson to New Orleans buy the metro area? I'm assuming that this is a delay strategy since the water source is still the Mississippi River and thus salt water will slowly creep further north with a prolonged drought.
