Yeah, the attacks are a bit much. He does have good points though. I can't see evangelicalism contributing anything to societal takeover though. The mainline is dying and getting worse and the evangelicals are growing but making everything societal worse.
RZ is partially right. Instead of trying to infiltrate the government, how about trying to reform society BY retaking the mainline churches? Infiltrating a government that is controlled by the consent of the people is useless, you have to change the people.
