I can’t in good conscience include the late Queen, while I appreciate her role and incredible life, her reign was one of steep decline, though not really her fault, and saw the lowering of the flag worldwide.

I will miss playing as Queen Victoria though, she is too iconic of a leader and I hope she’s added eventually. Though honestly I’d love to see Sir Arthur Wellesley or Nelson as leaders as more military focused ones. Or Queen Anne.
