@vanguardl9 @sm0lbnnys1ut this is pretty close (there’s some other things like making sure it’s not just in customs, games were actually negatively impacted). we have lots of gameplay telemetry so actions like this that are quite unusual are easy to spot

@Reptile9LoL Hey there, I took a look. The account was leveled up from Egypt and then transferred to you. The infraction here, to be more clear in what causes the ban, is account selling. I’ll work on making sure we have more clarity in the messaging, but the ban will stand.

@vlr_sakura @GTOWizard for the most part, but there’s been controversies where people are using similar tools between hands/arguments on where to draw the line. This was a noticeable recent case:

@vlr_sakura It’s a training software, @GTOWizard . It’s a powerful study tool that provides game theory solutions to a wide range of poker hands and scenarios, but it can works nearly instantaneously and could be easily used in-game for poker players.
