We spotted this guy in Richmond today. Carrying out a successful gardening business in the borough, using an electric bike, and a trailer you can put 140kg on. He's called Tim Leigh, and you can get him at timleigh1000 @hotmail .co.uk Cargo and electric FTW!

These modified E bikes recently seized all with aggravating factors, Every bike traveling where children are supposed to safely play. the smallest motor here 350 Watts the largest 1000 Watts, one was software modified, one was travelling at 40 MPH, non required pedalling.

Some of our initial insights ... Hammersmith Bridge used to take around 25k motor vehicles. Surrounding bridges have absorbed around around 14,500 vehicles. Which leaves around 9,000 journeys a day which aren't identified, or which have evaporated.

Yesterday was in standstill traffic on Park Lane due to new ridiculously wide cycle lane. How can London revive its economy @SadiqKhan when businesses can't get anywhere. The wonderful Hyde Park is right next this road, why can't cycle lane be there? Far safer & might be used!
