Cars? Trucks? Parking in bike lanes? Close passes? Kids getting safely to school?
Nada.
Cycling on the pavement is antisocial and can be dangerous...if you have to go on the pavement with a bike just push it

Let's be very clear: these are motorbikes. If you own or ride one of these, expect it to be seized.
These modified E bikes recently seized all with aggravating factors, Every bike traveling where children are supposed to safely play. the smallest motor here 350 Watts the largest 1000 Watts, one was software modified, one was travelling at 40 MPH, non required pedalling.

Hammersmith Bridge used to take around 25k motor vehicles.
Surrounding bridges have absorbed around around 14,500 vehicles.
Which leaves around 9,000 journeys a day which aren't identified, or which have evaporated.

To be clear, the 'Cyclists Dismount' sign has no force in law. It sounds like they were enforcing the 'no cycling sign above it'.
The team assisted Richmond Councillors in a cycle operation on Lower Mortlake Road on the A316 after receiving several reports from residents in regards to cyclist ignoring the dismount sign.

It always entertains us when we hear people simultaneously explain how contraflow cycle lanes are dangerous, but two way traffic like this is somehow OK.
South Worple Way at 1715 this evening. I think the driver on the pavement behind me thought I’d hug the wall with my dogs so he could drive past me. He got the the wrong pedestrian.

Happily, our borough has decided that the road is the right place for these bays, rather than the pavements. :)
The only approved Escooter rental schemes in London are those operated by Tier Lime and Dott. If you are renting from any other company you could still be liable for fines. The rental bays should look like those below.
