The 2024 Budget was 4.2 Trillion, with 2 Trillion of that in deficit spending. So, to get to a surplus by cuts alone, we'll have to cut the budget nearly in half. So... Yeah, that might not happen in 4 years, especially since spending is ultimately set by the House, not the President.
