Good news guys. Well, kinda. What they removed from Hugo’s leg 2 and a half weeks ago was a tumour that was cancerous. Fortunately their tests show they have removed the whole thing, and it has not spread anywhere else. So happy and relieved.

Since I started running a few times a week, and switching to gousto to manage portions and eat a bit better.. I’ve lost a nice amount of weight. I’d gone to the loosest belt hole a few weeks ago and today had to go to Timpsons to have extra holes put in my belt 😳 feel proud 😳
