Humblebrag… in January I was convicted about weighing 300lbs (my competitive strongman weight) and have since dropped over 50lbs. Bloodwork results from Jan 20-June 6: Triglycerides from 1529 to 217. Cholesterol from 291 to 141. HBA1C from 8.1 to 5.1.
