If you don’t, you can easily buy it from a CEX like Binance and send it to your SOL wallet. - You can use a SOL wallet and an EVM wallet like Metamask or Rabby for bridging but since @phantom supports both Base and Solana, we’ll chose that for the sake of convenience. 👻 Step 1: Bridge via Portal bridge 🌉 - Go to Portal Bridge - Choose SOL on Solana as “From” asset and WSOL on Base as “To” asset. - Connect Phantom as the source wallet. - Connect Phantom again as the destination wallet. - You should see both phantom Base and Solana addresses connected and ready to go along with your SOL balance like the image below. - Pro Tip: When selecting a SOL balance to bridge, specify an amount just below the max to make sure you don’t run out of gas. ⛽️ - Click of "Review Transaction" after picking the cheapest route. - Choose if you need gas on Base. If you already have gas in your EVM wallet, you can disable the toggle. - Click on “Confirm Transaction” and sign the transaction in your wallet. - Wait for up to 12 seconds and you should see a "Transaction Complete" pop up in your screen. Congrats!
