Too many Indiana communities have suffered the impact of deadly fentanyl. I supported the HALT Fentanyl Act. This bill will make harmful fentanyl substances PERMANENTLY illegal. And it offers law enforcement additional tools needed to keep fentanyl off our streets.

Today is National Girls & Women in Sports Day. I’ve voted to advance legislation that will ensure girls and women are protected from competing in sports with biological men.
