ICE quit posting their totals, this article says the number is way down from January already. It's going to take more action from the States to increase deportations. Florida's Legislature is busy singing kumbaya around campfires and doing nothing.

Our son Brandon was a Dreamer. He had dreams to marry the young lady he promised his love to, have children, become a veterinarian, attend Dallas Cowboy games w/his family. All stolen from him & us by a failed immigration system encouraged by weak enforcement.

Meanwhile, @RepMikeCaruso is no longer chair of the House House Infrastructure Subcommittee. Caruso was the lone House GOP vote against last week's immigration bill. He told POLITICO's Isa Dominguez that he learned about it in a memo that pointed out @ChipLaMarca took his place

Rep, you’re a Democrat. This is not your pool to swim in. You were never going to vote for a bill called The Trump Act.
This is NOT true. The final bill we voted on was published on the House website around 3:20pm. We voted on the bill at 8:57pm after hours of debate and questions. I read the bill, asked questions, debated, & voted against it. Whether or not we agree on policy, do not ever insinuate that I or others don’t do our homework or our job which includes reading and voting on bills.

Slapping the name “The Trump Act” on the Florida’s Pro Amnesty” bill was a way to make this weak bill something Floridians including members of the legislature, trust. The result? Other than some in House leadership, NO house members read the bill. A committee substitute bill from the senate was brought in minutes before the reps voted on. This new 87 page bill turned out to be even weaker than the original one. I voted NO. But, 82 Republican members voted yes, having no idea what was in it.
