My colleagues and I have long seen TechBio—the data-centric, AI-native counterweight to biotech—as a major opportunity area for AI applications. @DCVC portfolio co @RelationRx, whose lab-in-the-loop model is working toward creating life-changing treatments for complex, debilitating diseases, is a signal example of the TechBio sensibility. Relation is one of many transformative London-born companies, and I was honored to speak at its event alongside @AlbionVC's @l3ighbrody + @StartCodon's @JMellad on the region's promise as a hub for this kind of innovation.
