@RobertKennedyJc 100%. I cut out 95% of all processed sugar and food years ago. I cook with butter and olive oil. It makes a big difference. Thank you!!

@2ReachMichael This is true. So doctors are not soley responsible. However, if I’m going to use a boxed mix and I see ingredients that are GMO, or the packaging says it contains chemicals known to cause cancer etc, I won’t be buying it. Drs should do the same.
