Mum is now in final stages of Alzheimers but it's been a hard 10 years of fighting for care too. It's about time Alzheimers and dementia are treated like all other terminal diseases.

@nsandihelp So had to resort to making a formal complaint today. 6 months on and still no access to account. The time i've wasted trying to sort this out is unreal.

@dhlexpressuk our item has been out for delivery all day . Tracking magically disappeared at 5pm. Low and behold, item is now due tmrw. 2nd time this has happened in a month. No update and waited in all day. Not good enough.
