This is a great read for anyone, but really hits home for me as a women scientist. I also made some tough choices near the end of grad school and considered companies. Happy to hear @RachelEgger's story by @burcuplants ! Thanks for sharing! Thanks @ASPB @ASPB_WiPB for promoting!
