Exactly. Many viruses we've overcome have probably not been in contact with these guys, they don't have the same immune system and even stuff like the common cold could be new to them, and could kill them

I didnt count but based on what I remember eating I'm sure it was something between 400-500 cals! Which I dont recommend, you'd probably do way better with 1000 especially because of how many steps this is, the net would still be in the negatives 😭

ARFID is super different with safe foods unfortunately and it does make you taste a difference. I'll try my best to do something else but I doubt I'll be able to keep my health if I go too extreme with it so I might try force myself into a slow transition into something else idk
