Read all of this post carefully. They weren't closed due to funding. They were closed due to federal restrictions (they literally say that in their announcement). They also state: "Your provider at those locations has been MOVED to Vernon J. Harris Medical AND Dental Center, Northside Medical Center, AND Pediatric Medical Center to CONTINUE providing the outstanding care you have come to expect from CAHN." -VJ
