Biden ignored the Supreme Court when they told him that he couldn't forgive student loans. He did it anyway. Just keep that in mind. So far the orders against Trump are just temporary stays. I am sure if they don't go the way of Trump's policies it will be appealed to the Supreme Court if necessary.
