FBI Agent Riley Palmertree swore under penalty of perjury that @RealTanios and @CapitolJay16 obstructed an official proceeding (which was thrown out by the Supreme Court) and conspired to assault officers. But at Tanios' detention hearing, Palmertree admitted under oath that he had no evidence of a conspiracy and no evidence that Tanios knew of or assaulted officers. Still Tanios was detained in the gulag for months, away from his family before Agent Palmertree's false allegations were dropped by the government for a trespassing plea. January 6 FBI agents should be fired and prosecuted!
