This revolutionary technology will take Net-Zero Luxury Living to its trailblazing future. The plan begins by building off the shell and core concept of architectural-icon FIVE Jumeirah Village, where a spiralling cork-screw façade and sprawling greenery facilitates air purification, natural ventilation and light. FIVE's design concept imagines revolutionize sustainable living by implementing cutting-edge technology to never-before imagined applications. The result: Net-Zero Energy Luxury Living exuding elevated eco-consciousness with no compromise on experience. From a technical angle, the tower will fulfill its energy needs through the application of renewable power. From roof to façade to base, 35,000 square meters of solar technology will envelop the exterior, equivalent to five soccer fields. Eight times greater than existing endeavours, FIVE's Net Zero Energy Project will generate 5,781 MWH to fulfil its energy needs of 5,607, generating a net positive of 103.1%.
