@joshuamschultz I suspect it’s more than double. Few employees will find it rewarding to have their initial efforts cast aside for a do over. That reside will slowly corrode high performance and motivation.

@joshuamschultz I find the biggest unlock is getting them to see that they need to adjust what they value. If we derive value from being hands on or getting things done our way, we’ll constantly fight an inner battle that renders the right tactics useless.
