@miniapeur @Gaiarab1 @murefil I'm not sure about the last bit: my PhD prepared me to be an independent researcher, not for a precise topic. I do rather broad things, and at the moment I'm pursuing two lines of research that are different from my PhD topics. And I collaborate on almost all my projects.

I'm also not sure what I can do, except from naming the issue of racism among Dutch youth. It seems the authorities are also very much afraid to call a spade a spade.
