I am so grateful for all of the Twitter support I have received, I fasted for 40 hours to be as pure as I could before I was able to receive Jesus tonight. baptized, confirmed and got the holy eucharist.
All of the garbage and hate I got before baptism was worth it. Thank you

Thank you for your testimony, I converted from LDS to Catholic this year. I had never in my life experienced the hate people have for Catholics among my friends, coworkers, and most of all my family. It warms my heart everytime I read a testimony like yours.

Orans pose is for the priest, not the laity, holding hands isn't correct either, folded arms, crossed hands, or clasped together in the prayer sign are accepted. I am also a convert.

I don't find any Idolatry or error, I found the Real presence of Christ. I found a mother willing to pray for me. I found strength in the saints. Living and Dead. I found a Bible that had more information in it than I knew. A faith full of knowledge and love, and the sacraments.

I have a mormon family I am spat on, told I am a Satan worshiper, screamed at about the trinity and Jesus was just a man, April I get baptized in the catholic faith, and I can finally participate in the eucharist

Makes me want to watch band of brothers again, amazing photo. Its unbelievable how those men went to fight for our freedoms and its all but forgotten today. I had family that fought and died in the war, God bless them and thank you for the sacrifice. Thanks for this reminder.

RCIA last night was on People of the Bible just curious of what everyone's favorite Old testament person is. It was hard to narrow mine down but I ultimately picked Judith for her Courage and leadership she displayed

I hear it all the time about how Catholics minimize women. Since my conversion I have come to realize that in Catholicism women are venerated, the bride of Christ is the whole church. Women veil because you veil what is holy, it is amazing and so many people can't see it

I pray all day everyday, Talk to my Guardian angel, wake up in the morning, thank God for all the gifts I am about to receive, in the evening I thank God again and tell him how much I love him, and trust him. My go to prayer during the day is Jesus I trust you, Jesus I love you.

baptism is in April, also took this experience to mark up the bible i was given, to give to my boy based on the catechism and all of the verses in the bible that the rcia program reverences Blue is part 1, Red Part 2, Green 3, Purple 4. He has stopped Drug use since I started
