“Thanks for reaching out! We’ll take a look.” - PC Gamer
“It’s manic and a lot of fun.” - Kotaku
I think we have all learned a valuable lesson here. Video games were never supposed to be 3D in the first place, and this is punishment for the hubris of man. A tale as old as time.
Here is a look at something I have been working on for a few weeks. It is still very much a WIP but I want to show it off.
What if QWOP was a bullet hell? Spellit Hell? Bullet Spell?
This is TYPECAST.
People are always like "damn wow how did Capcom have such amazing pixel art!?" The answer is simple. They weren't pixel artists. They were highly skilled artists who happened to be working with pixels. So to all "pixel artists" out there. Learn to draw.
The future is nuts, man. I just got the new Steam Deck and I'm like "cool".
If I had this when I was 12 I would have gone completely rabid. I'd be institutionalized. I'd probably be dead.
Idk if this is a joke or not, but these are nowhere even close to being the same thing.
Crunch is something that happens to you. Game Jams are something you choose to do. Also worth noting that for as long as I can remember people recommend not "crunching" for jams either.
90s level design rules. Every game feels like it’s constantly saying “oh yeah!? Well what about THIS!!!” And it pulls out some absolute bullshit and it’s so awesome.
Reminder that there’s no such thing as an AI artist. You didn’t create anything. You typed some keywords over and over and over while a computer guessed incorrectly until you decided the output was what you actually wanted.
Had the privilege of hosting the world's best AI artists at

NYC.
We brought together 15 creators for demos, community, and a gallery party featuring their work.
This was a hand-selected group at the forefront of every content modality - and the energy was amazing.

i added the dashing stab specifically to deal with projectiles. its so cool to see things play out as planned.
the stab catches the back hop, and would have destroyed any projectiles had the arrow user fired one.
blocking all of those arrows also built a lot of meter
I love indie devs I really do but you guys need to chill with that idle bounce that every single character in every single indie game is doing. Especially if they are opening and closing their hands while idly bouncing up and down.
It’s okay for a character to be still.
I have to get my roof replaced because of hail damage and my insurance isn’t covering the whole thing. It’d be a big help if you’d buy my game or RT this.
Thanks!
Duel Arms will have some light gardening mechanics which serve a very... strange purpose. More on that later. Artwork by
