This, our cat did the same thing when we first went to the shelter to start looking for a cat. He followed my wife around the room as she petted other cats to make sure he got more pets. My wife couldn't get him out of her head after we left. He's been with us over 9 years now.

My wife had to talk me into the first cat we adopted because he was 7 years old and I wasn't sure if I was prepared for the hurt of only having him in our life for a (relatively) short time. Turns out he made it to 18.5 before he crossed the rainbow bridge, best decision we made!

The reason the minimum wage was passed was to provide a basic standard of living for every worker. So yes, $15 an hour (at least) is what should be paid to meet that. It doesn't need to be justified beyond that.

Great that soccer is growing in this country, but the lack of understanding of where it came from by new fans is a real drawback. Fans complaining that teams like St. Kitts & Nevis shouldn't even be in the Gold Cup, or that its a meaningless tournament is real hubris.

How about we match gun laws to car laws first. Every car is registered with an ID number (license plate) and stored in a computerized database accessible to law enforcement. Every sale is tracked. Every user is licensed, again stored in a DB. Lets do all of that for guns.

I believe the inaccuracy is the fact that the U.S. signed a treaty giving the Lakota land, then ignored it anyway. As in there is still a legally recognized document in existence signed by the U.S. that says the land is the Lakota's.

If the lt. governor just took over, it would remove the use of the recall election as a end run around the original election results. Recall elections would then be used if there was a legitimate reason for a recall and not just to try to get a Republican to replace a Democrat.

Problem is they started out going step 1, step 2, step 3, etc. Then this season they went from step 10 to step 25 to step 100 in 2 episodes. I'm not surprised we got here, but they made huge jumps in two episodes that should have been built up better.

43 was a below-average day at times when I lived in Phoenix, but the difference is Phoenix is built with that heat in mind. Misters, AC, and nobody schedules outdoor events in the summer (even little league is played in spring/fall instead of the traditional summer).
