@Faragilosis In terms of vascularity, normal flow was noted on CDI. The spermatic cord was thick and echogenic with increased vascularity suggestive of funiculitis. No evidence of Torsion or twisted cord was seen.

Adenomyosis. Hx: Dysmenorrhoea and infertility. Indirect signs: Globular enlargement of the uterus with asymmetrical thickening of the anterior myometrium. Direct signs: Myometrial cysts and hyperechoic Islands.

Imagine 800 students in yr1. Which class room and teaching hospital will contain them Bad idea it is.
