I loved Senna, was a huge fan from the first time I saw him, but I think we've crossed a line from honouring a great driver gone too soon to bordering on crass marketing object. I think the over-the-top veneration needs to be reigned in a bit.

He was one of our greatest singer-songwriters.

Team mate that year with the only Canadian to date to win a Cup race, Early Ross, who would win the 1974 Old Dominion 500 at Martinsville in September of 1974.
