@PokemonGOHubNet 7 IV floor is acceptable. Purified hundo chance already went from 1/37 to 1/27. Anything higher than base 8 would've been broken. I saw people crying about it not being a 10 IV floor but then you'd have 1/8 chance for a purified hundo which is ridiculous

@Faux_Freedom That's fair. I hope people won't feel forced to buy the more expensive multi account packages or that the single account ones will be left as a bad deal just because the other ones are good deals

@OldSchoolRS Also keep the magic cape upgrade tradeable. I know it's kind of tradition to have BIS cape upgrades untradeable but the prestige just isn't there anymore. The only people who really want this to be untradeable are the ones selling services and trying to make profit on it.
