@IM_Crit_ Great thread. Feel same re: POCUS- vfib vs. asystole. In PEA, POCUS great to assess quickly for effusion/tamponade or Rt heart strain. Also (different population ED vs. IHCA), but if I see empty heart with kissing ventricles now looking for hemorrhage source/giving MTP -not EPI

Next void, pt passed this. Passing a stone this size all the way out is definitely not the norm. Would have been easy to just assume this is STD. Symptoms though were out of proportion. Interestingly, denied prior flank or other ureteral stone symptoms. Just "bloated feeling."

@sassistheword Just a thought, but there are a lot of great road trips series out there on the Internet. What if you did these random Saturday road trips with Ethan and discussed current hot topics? I bet this could be more popular than James Corden’s carpool Karaoke.
