Sell it yourself. You can flat fee broker it on the MLS first $100. You can pay an attorney $1,000-1,500 or so to review the paperwork. You can pay a professional photographer $500-700 for pictures, a video walkthrough, and drone photos.

A flaw in concluding that Germans or Scandinavians don’t work as “hard” is that these countries have generous vacation, maternal and paternal leave, Kur, rehabilitation, and other policies. Discount those factors and you might have a clearer picture of how hard these folks work.
