Before this low quality project was approved, people of Kwara were against it as there was as no need for such at all. It’s suggested that the govt. opens others roads and expand the existing ones instead. Now, it’s over 2 years and the project isn’t even near completion.
You do NOT repair what is not in use. Tanke flyover is an ongoing project. What is going on there is milling of asphalt. It will be followed by stonebase, priming, tar coat, binder course, and wearing course. It is part of a final engineering process to deliver quality work.
