@StDavidsCardiff Where was the communication last night? To initially be told there was no issues to there then being a road closure doesn't add up to taking 3 hours to get out of a car park!

@parcelforce third time this week that there has been "adverse weather" The weather is dry and warm for this time of year, the issue is that your driver doesn't like delivering to my property. This is the 12th time in the last 12 months and it costs me time and money each time!
