@wonderingBit @RicFlairsUncle @PopBusterZ @Grand_design0 @JordanSchachtel The move on Kiev is a diversion and a faint in my opinion Russia will not try to take that city, it will encircle the Ukrainian military deployed against the separatists.
@AngieSkys Let me rephrase this, there might be 1000 Russian VDV at Anotov airport and they are diverting 10's of thousands of Ukrainian troops in their direction. Main axis of Russian attack is linking up the troops at Kharkiv and the troops at Metropol.

The so called "Rules Based Order" is sleepwalking into its own demise.
The FT quotes EU officials saying “we may be about to see massive ethnic cleansing” and "we’ll pay a heavy price in the global south [for supporting it]". This is insane. They're predicting a "massive ethnic cleansing": why on earth is it so hard to, at.

@katewillett That has been the case for the past two decades in Austin, lots of rich folk moving in and sending rents upwards. But here is an interesting chart, Austin now has record apartment vacancies, 40,000 new apartments in 2022 alone will do that.
