We are so proud! These fabulous Primary 7 pupils along with Miss Hastings attended the Duncanrig Maths Challenge today and came 2nd!!🌟 What a fabulous achievement! We may be small but we think big!🎉 Well done everyone!
Our school choir raised the roof this morning at Hairmyres Hospital. The children sang in the atrium to begin with and then in a few of the wards for the elderly. They gave out handmade Christmas cards and chocolates to spread the Christmas cheer!🎅🏼🎶🎄

Miss Hastings’ choir had their final trip of the festive period today visiting John Lewis in Glasgow and what fun they had!🎶🎅🏼 They raised a staggering £619.82! Well done everyone!🎉

Wow! What a night for Auldhouse Primary at the East Kilbride Burns competition. Our choir were so happy to receive 1st place overall! Along with an additional two 1st places, two 2nd places and four third places for singing and recitals. Well done everyone, you were fantastic!🏆

The Big Class have been learning about the life and work of Charles Rennie MacKintosh as part of their current art topic. The children have recreated their own version of the iconic Glasgow Rose🌹 🏴.
Today we had another visitor to the school, author David Goutcher. David is the owner and founder of Polybius Games, and the writer of the Spy Quest series. The children were secret agents for the morning and loved every minute of it!📚

P4-7 had a Titanic showcase event for their families this afternoon. The children presented their projects in groups and recreated a replica of the Parisian Cafe that was enjoyed by 1st class passengers onboard The Titanic. Well done everyone!🚢🥐

The wee class enjoyed a visit from house builders Taylor Wimpey this week. They learned about job roles within a construction team and how the company is becoming more eco-friendly. Dressing up in safety clothing was great fun!x
