Why? What exactly do you think this post is saying? The point is that Choctaw tribal members automatically qualify for US citizenship even if they would not normally qualify for citizenship under normal laws. For example, you are born in Ireland to an Irish parent and a Choctaw parent, but you only qualify for Irish citizenship at birth because under US citizenship law your US citizen parent must have lived in the US for at least 5 years after the age of 14 for you to inherit citizenship when born abroad. However because you qualify for Choctaw tribal membership you automatically also qualify for US citizenship even though you don't technically qualify under normal US citizenship law. The Tribe is just clarifying that all of its tribal members will have US citizenship regardless of whatever changes to birthright citizenship may or may not disqualify them from normal US citizenship.

@PeterSweden7 Going back thousands of years (ancient Rome, medieval London, etc ), urban populations have had below replacement fertility. The only reason cities grow is due to in-migration from rural countrysides. Our modern era is the first time in human history that the majority are urban.
