Question from a student recently: "Where do you look for inspiration?"
Answer: I've never actively searched for inspiration. Ex. I recently happened upon an interview with Renato Cascaro (incredible film poster artist). Inspiration happens when you aren't actively looking for it.

I'll be headed to Germany to begin immunotherapy treatment with CeGat in a few short weeks. Cool side note: the way you pronounce Tübingen, (the town in Germany where CeGat is located) is pronounced “TO BEGIN”. I'll take that as a great sign.

2. Never fall in love with an idea. Be prepared to pivot. It's okay to acknowledge failures. What worked? What can be improved? Improve the product or the experience. Continue to iterate and test.

1. Get the right people on the boat. Then figure out where to go. Companies aren't built by a single person. Make sure you surround yourself with people that are passionate, smart, and have work ethic.

3. Stay lean (with teams). Avoid bloat. Adding more people doesn't necessarily mean improved (or even equal) efficiency. Often times it means teams become less efficient.

I'll start. 1. My kids (Hudson, Grace, and Teddy), 2. Time to spend with them 3. Time reconnecting with friends (which has been a huge priority for me since this diagnosis).
I start every day with this practice now and it makes a huge difference in how I approach every day.
