@RamMNK login or OTP how can a cancellation can be done other than airlines and Goibibo but they are not accepting and are not doing any refund, kindly look into this as I am after this since 12 days and they just simply close the case without refund.@AirIndiaX @GoibiboSupport

There are many cases where app like Goibibo cancels our flights without our consent,make it look like they didn't do,you can provide all the proofs if you haven't because other than you,nobody can cancel the flight without OTP or I'd password,want whole refund @GoibiboSupport

@GoibiboSupport yog can't close the case without refunding my whole amount, first you cancel the flight without my consent and still I have to ask for my own money. Kindly refund else I will take action now since I have already waited for 12 days

@AirIndiaX says that they didn't cancel the flight , @GoibiboSupport says they also didn't , I didn't requested any cancellation, and I guess no body can cancel my flight other than airlines or Goibibo without I'd/password or OTP.Goibibo has cancelled the flight but didn't refund

@GoibiboSupport mail from Air India express, though sent you the chat as well but I guess now you have everything, so kindly do the needful,refund the whole amount in my bank account since the cancellation was done from your end without my consent or any request

@GoibiboSupport I got in touch with Air India express regarding the proofs who has actually initiated the cancellation since it was not me nor did I gave any consent for the cancellation,, and got to know that you called them to cancel my flight 1/2

When they do they first provide the opt either go opt for rescheduling or the whole refund ,but here nothing as such happened, I have whole proofs ,I won't leave until I get the whole refund asap
