The difference is that the US was the aggressor and had no business invading Vietnam. Vietnam just wanted independence. It's also disgusting to compare Vietnamese Communists fighting for independence to Ukrainian Nazis fighting for NATO and genocide.

Russia and China aren’t the ones who destroyed Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen or Libya. Those were all countries that got destroyed as a result of the US and its allies invading them to oust their governments on behalf of lies from intelligence agencies.
