@timfarron He may struggle to keep his seat next time. With boundary changes his majority will be down to 6k which is fairly comfortable but as DEFRA secretary in a constituency with lots of agriculture workers angry at government policy, he’ll be an easy target for protest vote.

The PM missing 5 cobra meetings and ignoring calls to order PPE whilst the crisis began to develop is a disgrace. Pointing this out isn't point scoring, it's holding him to account when lives may have been put at risk as a result. I'd be equally horrified if a Labour PM did this.

By contrast, The Tories were only 500 votes away from an outright majority. 2017 was better than expected, but not a success.
